Payten's surgery

Daddy couldn't go in when Payten was put down, so he sat and told her how much she loved her.
Payten was given a mask to practice with before being put down.

Payten is quite the reader... always reading to pass the time.

On the ride home between cries...she had a hard time coming out of the anesthetic.

My brother happened to be in town for a couple of days... we hiked out to the city to see him. thisis the first time they have met.... and believe it or not Payten sat on his lap without freaking out! Imagine that!!!! It was a short visit but great to see him!
