Helping Make Baby Brother Feel Welcome

Payten and I cleaned the babies room, brought the crib up, put it together and then put George on the wall!!! Payten is sooo excited for her baby brother. She is ready to feed him, put diapers on him, rock him and just love him. Every morning she says good morning and every evening she reads him a book then I read her a book... she has such maternal instincts it's not even funny! She comes home from Nancy's daily and she quickly checks on her babies and puts them in front of toys to play....

As we were outside on our walk throught the neighborhood Payten found a "squirrel cone", she picked it up and said aww a poor squirrel is hungry let's take it home. So we took it home and she proceded to make signs for the squirrel to come and get it's food on the driveway with chalk.
All of a sudden she had to go potty... she jumped up and said "I'll go like Wessy!" she proceded to pull her pants down and wanted to go on the grass, hello we are in our front yard... I stopped and she ran into the house with her tiny rear showing....:) Gotta love the cutie she is.
